The All Risk Construction and Assembly Insurance covers losses or material damages arising from works in new works, alteration works or extensions, generated by an accidental, sudden and unforeseen act occurring during execution of such works.
Civil Liability coverage is also granted [under this insurance], which covers all losses that the Insured Party may have arising from damages [caused] to third parties.
